Martin Kinney joined the firm in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in a large insurance defense firm, handling cases involving railroad crossing accidents, legal malpractice, product liability and automobile/truck collisions. He is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and has successfully tried numerous cases in both jurisdictions. In addition, he has handled appeals before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Mr. Kinney is married to Marisa Ford, who is the Chief of the Criminal Division for the United States Attorney's office for the Western Division of Kentucky.
